Hey, I'm Dom.
For me, fitness isn't just a hobby, it's a real passion. I genuinely love helping people discover what their bodies are capable of. It's something that's grown from my own journey. I've been immersed in weightlifting for over 13 years, and I still work closely with my strength coach, someone to help see all angles and keep me on track. Constant learning and improvement keep me going.

My own story?
You know, the family history of high cholesterol, blood pressure creeping up, those nagging health concerns that just seem to run in the genes. I decided I wasn't going to let that define my future. I wanted to change the narrative. That's what sparked my initial drive. Over time, my interests have shifted and evolved. I started with running and general fitness, but I've found a real love for boxing and bodybuilding. The best part is, all of these disciplines can be woven together to create a really solid, personalized path towards your goals. So, whether you're looking to build muscle, improve your cardiovascular health, or just feel better in your own skin, I'm here to help you build a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
